Instructor of Introductory Biology, Anatomy & Physiology - 525447
The Department of Biological Sciences at The University of Alabama seeks 2 instructors for 9-month non-tenure track positions, with options for additional teaching in summer semesters. These appointments will be on a three-year renewable contract, subject to annual review
Assistant or Associate Professor of Operations Management - 525473
Primary duties will include teaching upper-level undergraduate and graduate OM courses, engaging in research that results in published articles in the top peer-reviewed journals in their field, and performing service as assigned by the department, college and university.
Metallurgical and Materials Engineering - Professor - 525327
The Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering (MTE) invites applications for tenure-track faculty positions at the level of Professor. Candidates with research interests across all domains relevant to metallurgical and materials engineering are encouraged to apply. Candidates with particular research emphasis and interests in the areas of metal casting, advanced high pressure die casting, metal additive manufacturing, metal powders and metal powder atomization, advanced foundry processes, and related areas are of particular interest for one or more of these positions and are strongly encouraged to apply. The MTE department and College are looking to both: (1) add faculty who will build upon existing strengths in the Department, College, and University and (2) add faculty who will expand the scope of research within the department, College, and UA as a whole.
