The Counseling & Wellness Center (CWC) seeks a student(s) to assist with the activities of CWC’s and UF GatorWell’s Collegiate Recovery Program (CRP) efforts and CWC AOD Programming. UF’s Collegiate Recovery Program serves as a space for students in recovery from alcohol or other drugs and students who support those in recovery to connect with and support one another. CWC AOD Programming provides opportunities and activities that support UF students in providing resources and psychoeducation that dispels misconceptions related to alcohol and other drugs to reduce risk/harms associated with substance use. Services and resources assist students who may seek a sense of self-empowerment & independence from alcohol, marijuana, other substances, gambling, and/or other behavioral addictions they may be navigating through. The Student Recovery Support Ambassador is responsible for assisting in the planning, development, and facilitation of recovery services for UF students. |

The AOD Graduate Student Assistant is responsible for assisting in the planning, development, and facilitation of intervention, prevention, and outreach services that center on safe substance use practices of UF students. |
