Job Description: |
The Lastinger Center for Learning is currently seeking a highly motivated and responsible Student Assistant to join our Stipends Processing team. In this role, you will assist with various tasks related to processing stipend payments and contribute to the efficient operation of our Stipends Processing department. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to prioritize tasks, and possesses strong communication and customer service skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Assist with data management support
- Assist with office support such as printing, mailing, sorting, etc.
- Communicate processes and answer questions via phone and email
- Collaborate within a team environment to address incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
- Escalate issues to supervisor as needed
- Manage administrative tasks involving Email, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace for Education, and Dropbox for Business.

Expected Salary: |
$14.00 hourly
