Job Description:

The College of Pharmacy Office of Lifelong Learning is hiring a part-time Federal Work Study Student Office Assistant. This is a Fall 2025 hire, with continuation based on mutual agreement. This position is part-time 6-10 hours per week with flexible daytime hours. The successful applicant will be outgoing with excellent phone demeanor and communications skills.

Specific duties include: This candidate will perform data entry, spreadsheet maintenance, and word processing. Additionally, assistance with general emails will be provided during peak times of term. Primary functions will vary and depend on DESS support needs. This is a time limited, Federal-Work Study position. Please obtain a Federal Work-Study award prior to submitting an application.

Expected Salary:

$15/hour

Minimum Requirements:

Federal Work Study Award required. You must be available to work during Fall 2025. 

Preferred Qualifications:

Effective verbal and written communication skills.
