Program Leadership and Operations
Lead planning and execution of multi-county expansion; develop and maintain workplans, timelines, SOPs, and quality standards. Oversee daily operations, caseload flow, referral pathways, device/app logistics, and patient support processes. Coordinate closely with clinical leadership to ensure safe escalation pathways for clinical concerns.
Team building and supervision: Hire, onboard, schedule, and supervise a multidisciplinary team (e.g., care coordinators, community health workers, outreach staff, data coordinators). Provide coaching, performance management, and professional development; foster a culture of equity, empathy, and continuous improvement.
Budget, Contracts, and Reporting
Manage program budget, purchasing, and reimbursements; track expenditures against grant/contract line items. Oversee contract compliance and deliverables; prepare timely programmatic and financial reports for the Florida Department of Health and UF. Support procurement/vendor management as needed (e.g., devices, translation, transportation support).
Community Partnership Development
Establish and steward partnerships with county health departments, Healthy Start coalitions, WIC, hospitals/OB-GYN practices, birth centers, doulas, CBOs, and social service agencies. Negotiate and manage MOUs/agreements, coordinate referral workflows, and co-design outreach and education with partners. Represent the program at community meetings and events; ensure culturally responsive programming across diverse communities.
Data, Evaluation, and Compliance
Ensure accurate data collection and documentation in approved systems; monitor KPIs (enrollment, engagement, clinical alerts, referrals, outcomes). Lead CQI cycles; generate dashboards and summaries for stakeholders. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, IRB (if applicable), UF/UF Health policies, and funder requirements; maintain participant safety and privacy.

Works on special tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor or delegated by the departmental leaders.
