The Early Childhood Content Development Specialist will contribute significantly to the development of early childhood-related content for the Lastinger Center’s early childhood professional learning product line. This Florida regional role bridges research and practice by utilizing rapid prototyping, short-cycle pilots, and continuous feedback loops with local stakeholders. The resulting content should be accessible for early childhood educators of all levels and include field-tested resources (such as scripts for video training or strategy planning sheets) that assist early childhood educators in practically supporting children toward kindergarten readiness. This position will also provide support to the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) Coordinator, assuring continuous accreditation for the Center’s early childhood professional learning products. This position is time-limited, and soft-funded.
