The Program Coordinator described is primarily responsible for advising, guiding, and providing administrative support for registered student organizations within the university community, including event registration, permitting and approval process. This role ensures all registered student organization (RSO) event permit submissions are reviewed thoroughly, consistently, and in alignment with university policies and procedures. Working Title: Permit Coordinator - Monday through Friday, 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM - Frequent after-hours, evening, and some weekend time commitments to assure the goals and objectives of the department and division are achieved This position reports to the Assistant Director of the Office of Community & Belonging.
