This position will execute high-throughput sample processing within the surgery genomics core, including, but not limited to, bulk and single-cell or single-nucleus RNA-seq and ATAC-seq, single-cell/nuclei isolation, DNA/RNA extraction, sample library preparation, and sequencing.
