The Computational Microscopy Imaging Lab (CMI Lab) is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical Lab Administration Coordinator to support the lab’s administrative operations. The ideal candidate will possess a background in research or business administration and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to developing and maintaining research support documents for proposals and annual award reports, fiscal (purchasing and reconciliation), managing time and leave reporting, preparing recruitment and hiring forms, and overseeing the annual performance appraisal process, calendar management and travel requests for a transdisciplinary team of engineers conducting multi-institutional sponsored research. The successful candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working collaboratively within a team environment. Strong customer service skills are essential. A high school diploma and a minimum of three years of relevant experience are required; however, appropriate college coursework may be substituted for the required experience. |
