Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Managing the BIM process on site, including the audit, review and coordination of model
• Manage the production of drawings and shop drawings in coordination with consultants and subcontractors
• Implement company-wide and project specific standards, and define the BIM Execution Plan, including any applicable protocols/manuals
• Carry out model validation checks, coordination reviews and liaise with Consultants and Subcontractors
• Preform clash analysis and drive a speedy resolution by coordinating with the project team
• Manage and take forward Construction Method Simulation and potential delay simulations
• Train and encourage the use of BIM on all project disciplines and departments
• Provide support to Design and Engineering Management Team and design consultants

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Engineering or equivalent
• 10 years’ relevant experience of engineering project
• Hands on experience in using BIM technology and BIM software
• Certified CCBM
• Experience in local Hong Kong practice
• Experience coordinating large teams of consultants and subcontractors
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is also preferable
