Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions and lead the month-end closing processes and monthly financial reporting
• Support management reporting, budgeting, forecast and project-related financial analysis
• Handle the annual statutory audit with external auditors for subsidiaries and joint ventures
• Prepare corporate income tax computations and filings
• Supervise accounts payable and daily finance operations, ensure compliance with group policies, procedures and internal controls
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive efficiency initiatives within the finance function
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Qualified accountant (HKICPA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably with a combination of Big 4 audit firms and commercial experience in MNCs or construction-related industries
• Strong knowledge of HKFRS, Hong Kong tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as JDE, SAP, Oracle or similar platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Strong team players with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadline and pressure
• Eager to learn, adaptable to changes and open to taking on new challenges and responsibilities
