Job Duties
- Lead the MEP commissioning process for hyperscale data centre projects, ensuring systems meet performance standards
- Develop detailed commissioning plans, schedules, procedures, and associated documentation deliverables, to support project milestones
- Collaborate with design, construction, and quality teams to align commissioning activities and requirements, with project timelines and client expectations
- Manage and coordinate third-party vendors, contractors and consultants involved in the commissioning process
- Oversee installation integration and testing of mechanical, electrical, and IT infrastructure systems
- Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and efficient resolution of issues encountered during the commissioning phase
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and owner project requirements
- Follow safety protocols and ensure they are adhered to throughout the commissioning lifecycle including management of hazardous energies
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Total work experience: 8-10 years
- Total relevant experience: 4-5 years in M&E supervision in similar capacity
- Data Centre Experience
