Job Duties

• Monitors and tracks the project plan documents comparing the baseline schedules with the actual updates at any given stage of the project and reports the schedule as well as cost impact.
• Prepare Master Schedule, issue Look Ahead Schedule determining what are the scopes of work to be executed in a day to day basis of each discipline by the field personnel to ensure compliance in implementing the project plan.
• Analyze the scheduling data, evaluate the master schedule and identify the interdependency of events and resources.
• Coordinate and consolidate subcontractor’s report and schedule to be integrated into the Project Master Schedule.
• Coordinate with other departments in gathering information and developing the Weekly and Monthly Progress Report.
• Make presentation regarding project status using project management techniques as supported by Primavera.

 Job Requirements

• License Mechanical / Civil Engineer
• Minimum of 6 to 8 years experience as Scheduler before he is given the status of Planning Engineer
• Substantial knowledge in Planning Engineering Works
• Able to revise the Programme of Works in accordance with issued variations orders or to recover delays.
• Can liaise with the Site Engineers and prepare/update detailed Weekly programmes and reports
• Has hands on experince in Scheduling using Primavera 6.0 and other Scheduling Software
• MS office proficient
