Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, coordinate, and execute BIM deliverables in line with the Project BIM Execution Plan.

- Conduct clash analysis, construction simulation, and produce construction drawings.

- Provide BIM support for tender submissions and documentations.

- Ensure adherence to BIM standards and resolve any non-compliance issues.

- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders including vendors and consultants.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Sanitary Engineering.

- BIM Certification or equivalent is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, etc.) and experience with BIM modelling and coordination.

- Understanding of BIM processes, BEP implementation, and CAD tools.

Experience:

- Mid-Level: Minimum 5 years of relevant drafting experience with significant BIM exposure.

- Senior-Level: 5-8 years in BIM coordination and management, with advanced knowledge of Autodesk and Bentley tools.
