Job Duties

• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting back ground checks and onboarding new hires.
• Prepare, review, and take action on various employment letters such as LOA, appraisal forms, confirmations, promotions, transfers, memos, show cause notices, etc.
• Coordinate training programs (internal & external) and support employee development initiatives. Keep track and monitoring the HRDC account and claimable process.
• Support employee relations initiatives, including handling grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies and regulations.

 Job Requirements

• At least a minimum of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any relevant discipline
• At least 3-5 years of experience in HR and office operations
• Strong Microsoft Office & Excel skills
• Detail-oriented, independent and a fast learner
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Immediate availability is preferred and will be considered an advantage.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Must be willing to work in Outskirt of KL and on Saturday.
