Job Duties

• Prepare and review accurate financial statements and reports.
• Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and coordinate with auditors.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Maintain internal controls and improve accounting processes.
• Mentor junior accountants and provide financial guidance to management.

 Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Proficiency in accounting software or ERP systems such as SAP, JDE, or similar platforms
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Understanding of audit processes and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with local tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
• Self-management and ability to perform under pressure
• Results-oriented with problem-solving skills
• Teamwork and collaboration
