Job Duties

• Lead the OneDCS Service Centre, managing internal services for CIMIC Group and ACS Group operating companies.
• Oversee service operations, resource allocation, and progress monitoring across various sectors and disciplines.
• Develop, implement, and enforce standards, workflows, and project execution plans.
• Drive compliance, quality management, and governance for deliverables and processes.
• Provide technical guidance, assess staff competencies, and mentor team members.
• Foster innovation, manage digital information, and support digital engineering processes.
• Ensure client requirements are met, and routine tasks are automated to boost productivity.
• Support recruitment, training, performance management, and team culture development.
• Drive financial reporting and forecasting for the Service Centre.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate and monitor projects.

 Job Requirements

• Tertiary Degree (Bachelor level), preferably in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering, Built Environment or Architecture or Building Services
• Total Work Experience: 10 years of experience of managing large teams providing internal services and support
• Ability to manage a project’s digital information across all functions
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and risk management skills
• Ability to drive compliance and effective governance
• Demonstrated ability to drive business excellence and continuous improvement
• Demonstrated experience in design management and understanding of construction delivery
• Ability to publicly present, network and train others
• ability to be based in Navi Mumbai office.
