    Requirements:

    • Bachelor degree with major in HR or related field, Master’s degree is an advantage.
    • 15++ years of experience in HR
    • Experience in Project Site, especially in Oil & Gas or Construction
    • willing to be placed on site and follow the company's roster schedule
    • Able to present and communicate, both in bahasa and english for business purpose.

    Key Accountabilities:

    • Effectively lead and inspire a high performing team operating across different geographies and sectors with different client and technical requirements.
    • Monitor and measure HR performance in order to promote HR/people management throughout LAIO.
    • Understands and comply with safety procedures.
