Key Responsibilities

• Support the BIM Team Lead in coordinating BIM models for Civil, Structural, Architectural (CSA) and Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) disciplines.
• Ensure model accuracy, clash detection, and compliance with project standards.
• Collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Manage BIM workflows, documentation, and model updates under the guidance of the BIM Team Lead.
• Contribute to digital construction initiatives and continuous improvement in BIM processes.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of CSA and MEP systems integration.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international project environment.

Experience and Skills

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in BIM coordination for large-scale projects (data centers preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Clash Detection, Model Coordination, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Familiarity with international BIM standards such as ISO 19650.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams (CSA/MEP).
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with experience in agile or collaborative
