About the Opportunity

As MEP Manager for the Piramal Aranya project, you'll oversee all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations across multiple residential towers. You'll work closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of building systems while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage MEP design coordination and installation across residential towers
• Lead technical reviews and ensure compliance with local building codes
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely project delivery
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of all MEP systems
• Monitor project budgets and resource allocation
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline
• Minimum 8 years of MEP management experience in residential or commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of Indian building codes and safety regulations
• Proven experience with BIM software and project management tools
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Professional engineering license preferred
