Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit monthly, quarterly, semi‑annual, and annual financial reports
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis, including commentary for management
• Manage general accounting activities, including accruals, reclassifications, and ledger accuracy
• Review and approve balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances
• Ensure accurate cost management for labor, overhead, and project‑related costs
• Support project and tender financials, including cost recovery, JV arrangements, and cash flow optimization
• Work closely with project controls and operational teams on financial setup and ongoing management
• Provide support on tax‑related matters and statutory reporting requirements
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
• Act as a trusted finance business partner to non‑finance stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
• CPA or CIMA certification preferred
• At least 5 years’ experience in accounting or commercial finance
• Experience in construction, engineering, or property industry is an advantage
• Proven experience working with non‑finance stakeholders
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience using ERP and financial reporting systems
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
• Able to work independently, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines
