We invite high-calibre candidates to fill the following position in Malaysia.

Job Duties

• Conduct Civil & Structural (C&S) site inspections to ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Coordinate across Architectural, C&S, and M&E disciplines, resolving discrepancies and liaising with the design office and project stakeholders.
• Attend site and coordination meetings while supervising critical structural works to ensure quality and compliance.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, quality records, and verify all materials meet CIDB certification requirements.
• Identify, report, and monitor defects to ensure timely and satisfactory rectification.

 Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering with BEM registration and a valid Inspector of Works (IOW) Certificate, with at least 10 years of relevant C&S site experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction drawings, British Standards, Eurocode, and local authority/CIDB requirements.
• Experienced in site inspections, supervision of structural works, and coordination across Arch, C&S, and M&E disciplines.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia with good communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.
• Detail-oriented, able to work independently or under pressure, meet deadlines, and possess own transport for site duties.
