Job Duties
- Manage and coordinate Internship and Graduate Programs, including recruitment, onboarding, development activities, and job rotations.
- Build and maintain partnerships with universities and educational institutions and participate in career fairs and campus recruitment activities.
- Coordinate Training & Development (T&D) initiatives, including training needs analysis, training rollouts, and employee development programs.
- Organize and support employee engagement, wellbeing, and employer branding activities.
- Collaborate with regional T&D teams and provide support across other HR functions and HR projects as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Graduate Programs, Internship Management, or Campus Recruitment.
- Experience in building and managing partnerships with universities, colleges, and educational institutions.
- Proven experience managing internship, graduate, and early career development programs
- Experience collaborating with regional teams in a multinational environment.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- Experience in the construction, engineering, or project-based industry would be an added advantage.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
