    About the Role

    We are seeking a dedicated Health Care Officer to support workplace health, injury management, and employee rehabilitation initiatives across our infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Project H&S Manager, you will play a critical role in providing first aid, coordinating medical care and return-to-work programs, and promoting a safe and healthy work environment for our workforce.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide first aid treatment and immediate care to injured employees.

    • Coordinate referrals to company doctors, specialists, or hospitals as required.

    • Maintain accurate injury and treatment records and report incidents to the Project Safety Department.

    • Support injury management and rehabilitation processes, including communication with injured workers and healthcare providers.

    • Assist in developing, coordinating, and monitoring return-to-work plans and programs.

    • Conduct regular follow-ups with injured employees and escalate any rehabilitation concerns.

    • Coordinate health-related training, wellness initiatives, and health promotion programs for project teams.

    • Support broader organizational health and wellbeing activities in line with Leighton Asia Values.

     

    Qualifications & Experience

    Essential Requirements

    • Registered Nurse

    • Certified First Aider

    • Approximately 3 years of relevant nursing or occupational health experience

    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment
