About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Health Care Officer to support workplace health, injury management, and employee rehabilitation initiatives across our infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Project H&S Manager, you will play a critical role in providing first aid, coordinating medical care and return-to-work programs, and promoting a safe and healthy work environment for our workforce.
Key Responsibilities

Provide first aid treatment and immediate care to injured employees.

Coordinate referrals to company doctors, specialists, or hospitals as required.

Maintain accurate injury and treatment records and report incidents to the Project Safety Department.

Support injury management and rehabilitation processes, including communication with injured workers and healthcare providers.

Assist in developing, coordinating, and monitoring return-to-work plans and programs.

Conduct regular follow-ups with injured employees and escalate any rehabilitation concerns.

Coordinate health-related training, wellness initiatives, and health promotion programs for project teams.

Support broader organizational health and wellbeing activities in line with Leighton Asia Values.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential Requirements

Registered Nurse
-
Certified First Aider
-
Approximately 3 years of relevant nursing or occupational health experience

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment
