Reporting directly to the General Manager of Are Direct and part of the senior leadership team, The Head of Client Services AU will expertly lead a team of Client Relationship Managers and the Contact Centre Supervisor. This role is responsible for the development of the teams and all related functions.
Integral to this role is to motivate and develop direct reports to support the achievement of Are Direct AU financial targets and business strategy.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills and combine strategic leadership with hands-on management to ensure best-in-class service delivery, operational efficiency, and strong commercial outcomes. |
