About This Role:

This part-time, temporary position will provide administrative support related to the creation and implementation of a fixed asset tracking system for Housing and Dining Services, Facilities Management. 

Duties include:

  • Audit fixed assets for inclusion in a comprehensive database.
  • In conjunction with departmental IT staff, develop and test database to track equipment and permanent assets.
  • Create replacement schedules for asset replacement.
  • Reconcile database information to physical inventory.
  • Assist with special projects and reports.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • One year of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in facilities management or construction
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree

Other Requirements:

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment.
  • Valid driver’s license upon employment
