This position is vital to the success of the College and is the first impression for all applicants and future employees. The primary responsibility for this position is to ensure an efficient and effective recruitment strategy for candidates of the College of Veterinary Medicine, to include finding new and creative ways to source positions, meeting with candidates to ensure their questions are answered and determining ways to create a better candidate experience in the future.
