Reporting to the Provost, the Vice Provost for Faculty Success leads university efforts to onboard, develop and support faculty through all stages of their careers. With an emphasis on supporting excellence in teaching, the VPFS leads a dedicated team of staff and faculty, providing peer-to-peer mentoring and training activities with the ultimate goal of ensuring all UAA students can be successful in their educational journey. In addition, as a key member of the Provost's Council, the VPFS helps develop and implement broad strategies to help UAA achieve its mission of transforming lives. |
