Job description:

Department of Health are seeking interest for a permanent full-time Executive Officer to join the Infrastructure team, located at 22 Elizabeth Street, Hobart.

The Role

The Executive Officer is responsible for the provision of high-level executive and administrative support to the Deputy Secretary Infrastructure and the broader Infrastructure Group including the preparation of complex and confidential documentation on behalf of the Deputy Secretary and other Senior Managers. The position is solutions focussed, and the occupant utilises expert knowledge of executive, administrative and ministerial processes.

Details of Appointment

Permanent full time day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.

Please note that hours may be negotiated with the successful applicant

Classification: 

Salary $95,393 to $100,067 per annum + 11.5% superannuation

  • Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
