Job description:

Provide the first contact for the community, patients, residents and their friends and families along with other service providers, relaying information and calls to the members of the team.

The Role:

  • Provide the first contact for the community, patients, residents and their friends and families along with other service providers, relaying information and calls to the members of the team.
  • Provide a specialised clerical service for the CTHCS Team including updating and maintaining registration details of clients/relatives and updating the computerised record.
  • Work as part of a team, as well as liaise with other external agencies and stakeholders.
  • Provide clerical support to staff involving organising appointments, daily lists, and other duties as required.

Undertake a reception and coordination role for Campbell Town Multi-Purpose Services (CTMPS), including the day to day delivery of all aspects of administrative and clerical duties. Provide logistical and project support to other activities within CTMPS including health promotion, special events and community activities.

The Team:

Multidisciplinary team delivering community specific care under the multipurpose service model. Services provided to the community by a dedicated team of health professional includes:

  • 24/7 emergency care
  • Inpatient care
  • Residential care 
  • Day infusions for chronic disease management
  • Community nursing 
  • Home help
  • Social support
  • Adult day centre
  • Transport services 
  • Physio
  • Social work 

Details of appointment:

Fixed term, casual, day worker position, working as and when required, commencing from as soon as possible for a period of 24 months.

*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.

Salary: $64,125 to $68,925 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

  • Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
