Home Care Coordinator - Permanent, Full Time
Tasmanian Health Service - Rosebery Community Health Centre
To be Tasmanian is to value quality over quantity. We create, preserve, and protect the unusual. With quiet confidence, with passion and perseverance, we pursue the extraordinary.
You could be a Home Care Coordinator anywhere in the world. But working on the West Coast, you’ll understand the impact you make every day. It’s an exciting and rewarding place to work and you will make a valuable contribution to a small community while enjoying the lifestyle of a rugged and remote landscape. Our remoteness helps drive a culture of invention and human connection, which feels both old fashioned and… like the only future worth pursuing. Here you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to breath-taking coastlines, National Parks or award-winning fresh produce – all right on your doorstep. Whether you love mountain bike riding, bush walking or exploring history, the West Coast offers so many amazing experiences.
While our centre is located in Rosebery, we provide care in the community for clients living throughout the West Coast of Tasmania, including Queenstown, Rosebery, Strahan, Zeehan, Tullah, and many smaller communities across the West Coast. Here, you are encouraged to be your authentic self, to pursue your passions, and to bring your own unique characteristics into our team.
We are small enough in Tasmania for you to shape and influence your work and make a real difference every day. Yet we are big enough for you to feel part of something important, somewhere you can belong and be surrounded by diversity, innovation, and friendships. We’ll look after you from the very beginning, ensure you are fully inducted and welcomed into our team and culture.
Please get in touch with our Nurse Unit Manager for the West Coast if you’d like to know more about our roles, services, and what we can do for you admin.wcdh@ths.tas.gov.au or (03) 6495 1550.
