The Team:
As a member of the Midlands Multi-Purpose Health Centre (MMPHC), the Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator is responsible for Coordinating Leisure and Lifestyle programs for the permanent Residential Aged Care residents of the MMPHC.
The Role:
Consult with residents, carers, health care providers and community members in planning, developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating quality individual and group programs.

Details of appointment:
Fixed term, casual, position working as and when required, commencing as soon as possible for approximately 12 months.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar casual vacancies.
Salary:
$73,811 to $79,779 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Plus 25% Casual Loading - Equivalent of $46.51 to $50.26 per hour.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
Eligibility:
Applicants should note the following criteria are desirable:
- Completion of a recognised course in Leisure and Lifestyle and/or equivalent qualification/s
- Current Drivers Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate
