The position is based in the Launceston area - predominantly the Northern Dental Centre and is a part of a contemporary multi-disciplinary team
The role:
The role includes the supervision, training and guiding of customer service staff and the coordinating of clerical resources within designated Oral Health Services Tasmania (OHST) Dental Centres to ensure a high standard of customer service to OHST clients
- Provide systems support for OHST’s Titanium client database system including call logging, fault reporting and performance measures.
- Undertake projects and activities including training, issue identification, documentation, change management, testing and problem resolution.
- Assist data owners to develop and maintain an auditing schedule to ensure the integrity of data being entered into the system.
- Maintain work practices relating to the processing of client co-payments, registration and treatment details and establish effective working relationship with various professional groups, ensuring quality administrative support standards are maintained by the Customer Service Team.

Details of appointment: General Stream, Band 4
Permanent full time, day worker position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Salary: $81,915 - $94,236 per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
