The Role:
Provide and maintain high-level administrative support services for the Medical Workforce Unit (formerly known as the Clinical Management Unit), in relation to Medical Officer recruitment administration and credentialing processing for senior medical staff. This includes, but is not limited to, undertaking administrative tasks associated with medical staff recruitment, assistance with allocation of staff, managing administration systems, maintaining files and processing correspondence, which is often confidential and highly sensitive in nature.
Prepare and compile commencement documentation for medical officers, ensuring information is in accordance with established policies and procedures and meets the requirements for regulatory bodies and registration processes.

Details of appointment:
Permanent, full time, day worker position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from as soon as you can join the team! Part time appointments will also be considered.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary: $73,811 to $79,779 per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

Salary Packaging:
You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
