Job description:

• Support the provision of an applications administration, support, and maintenance service to ensure the ongoing stability and security of Homes Tasmania’s applications, tools and technologies and their operating environment. • Provide support to team members and collaborate with business units, external stakeholders, vendors/suppliers to support compliance, agreed standards and service levels are monitored and reported. • Contribute to Homes Tasmania’s digital operating environment being fit for purpose. • Contribute to the building of an inclusive team through change that together with all ITMS teams also builds a collaborative business unit that enables Homes Tasmania achieve its stated objectives.

Salary:

$98,255.00 to $103,069.00 pro rata, per annum - plus 11.5 % Superannuation

Period of employment / Hours:

Fixed term full-time day work (part-time hours may be considered by negotiation) commencing ASAP for a period of 12 months.

Duties:

Primary Purpose / Focus :

  • Support the provision of an applications administration, support, and maintenance service to ensure the ongoing stability and security of Homes Tasmania’s applications, tools and technologies and their operating environment.
  • Provide support to team members and collaborate with business units, external stakeholders, vendors/suppliers to support compliance, agreed standards and service levels are monitored and reported.

Skills and experience :

Selection criteria includes:

  • Demonstrated experience in the management, administration and monitoring of applications including support services.
  • Understanding, or ability to acquire, of Tasmanian Government digital strategies, policies, and guidelines and how they relate to Homes Tasmania.
  • Demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills to analyse complex information and technology-related issues, with the ability to identify reasonable options for action and make recommendations.

Desirable Requirements:

Working towards or successful completion of qualifications, and/or experience relevant to the role such as -

  • Recent industry experience in the delivery of applications administration services.
  • Proven experience with Atlassian products, including Confluence and Jira Service Management.
