You will need
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale testing initiatives and leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex program outcomes, with a proven ability to drive process improvements aligned with evolving business needs.
- Extensive expertise in end-to-end testing of digital ICT systems and software, with a track record of providing high-level specialist advice and ensuring quality delivery.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

The Role will:
- Provide strategic test management for ICT Projects.
- Provide technical oversight, process optimisation and quality assurance within the testing space.
- Lead and mentor test management teams
The Team:
The Project Management Office (PMO) drives impactful change by delivering strategic ICT projects that shape the future of the Department. As a cornerstone of successful project delivery, the PMO also provides project framework, tools, and expert support services, empowering teams to achieve their goals efficiently and effectively.
Details of appointment:
Permanent, full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary: $139,470 to $148,863 per annum + our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
