Homes Tasmania | Permanent Full-Time | State-wide (Location Negotiable)
Salary: $73,811 – $79,779 + 12.0% Super | Band 3 (Health and Human Services Award)

About the Role
As an Applications Support Officer within our Information & Technology Management Services (ITMS) team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the digital tools that enable our staff to deliver housing solutions across Tasmania.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 support for business applications.
- Deliver training and education programs to build digital capability across the organisation.
- Collaborate with ITMS and business units to ensure our digital environment is fit-for-purpose.
- Support a culture of inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Skills & Experience
- Strong customer service focus in an IT support environment.
- Experience in developing and/or delivering workplace technology training.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Qualifications
- Certificate III/IV in Information Technology or Training & Assessment.
Mandatory Requirements
- Current Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People Registration (Employment type).
- Ability to satisfy pre-employment checks including:
- Conviction checks (violence, sex offences, drugs, dishonesty, serious traffic offences)
- Identification verification
- Employment disciplinary history
Location & Hours
- Employment Type: Permanent full-time (76 hours per fortnight)
- Work Type: Day work; part-time hours may be considered
- Location: Homes Tasmania - Information & Technology Management Service - Statewide – specific location negotiable with the successful applicant
