The Role:
Assessing and reviewing community clients to ensure services can be delivered safety and effectively in their homes.
Skills:
- Experience: Previous experience in completing and documenting assessments in a home care environment would be valuable.
- Organisation and time management skills: Ability to prioritise and organise workload to support effective rostering practices.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You’ll be working closely with staff, clients and their families, so clear and empathetic communication is essential.

Details of appointment:
Fixed term, full time, day worker, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible until 1 August 2026.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary: $66,049 to $70,993 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
