The NWRH Theatre is a vibrant, supportive team consisting of four operating theatres providing Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, General Surgery, ENT, Endoscopy and Dental services. NWRH Theatre is committed to a positive workplace culture, and excellent clinical care within a supportive environment. NWRH Theatres have a dedicated leadership and education team to support all learning and development needs.
The Role:
- Timely and efficient management and rotation of stock and non-stock consumables and other supply items, to support and maintain an efficient surgical service at NWRH Operating Theatres.
- Cross check and unpack store deliveries with management of receipts and issues relating to computerised stock management.
You will need:
- Organisational skills pertaining to stock procurement and replenishment with knowledge of medical consumables and the perioperative environment.
- Ability to work within a dynamic team, including working directly with the Nurse Unit Manager and respond to critical situations in a timely manner.
- Sound knowledge of OH&S standards within a perioperative environment.

Details of appointment:
Permanent, full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as you would like to join our team.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Salary: $66,049 to $70,993 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
