Job description:

Following on from the successful implementation of Technology One in the cloud, the Team is currently engaged in improving the performance of the Accounts Payable process. This project will benefit the Department of Health through streamlining the “procure to pay” cycle and ensure appropriate compliance with Government policies.

Following on from the successful implementation of Technology One in the cloud, the Team is currently engaged in improving the performance of the Accounts Payable process. This project will benefit the Department of Health through streamlining the “procure to pay” cycle and ensure appropriate compliance with Government policies.

The Role:

The Principal Project Consultant is:

  • The technical lead on the Accounts Payable Project. This includes the Department’s ERP (TechnologyOne) and the document scanning solution (OpenText Intelligent Capture - formerly Captiva).
  • A key liaison with TechnologyOne and OpenText and ensures that any technical issues are worked through appropriately.
  • Providing key technical documentation to support the system users.

You will need:

  • Knowledge of the procurement and payment processes in a large, complex organisation with a high-volume of transactions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in TechnologyOne and OpenText in order to perform the role of technical lead.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills to gain an understanding of the needs of numerous stakeholders and propose improvement solutions which will met the objectives of the Accounts Payable project.

Details of appointment:

Fixed term, full time, day worker working 76 hours per fortnight, 1 December 2025 until 31 May 2027.

*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Salary: $128,102 to $134,832 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

  • Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.
