The Central Administration Hub is a state-wide service that remotely supports patients in an Outpatient setting.

The Role:
Oversee, coordinate, and supervise the daily delivery of administrative functions within the Central Administration Hub, including performance monitoring, training, coaching, and escalation support for staff.
This includes the seamless provision of all administrative services to support the Hub’s defined outputs, as well as the delivery of targeted services supported by the Central Administration Hub team, specifically Care@home and related services within the Home & Community portfolio
You will need:
- Demonstrated ability to function effectively in a health service environment, with broad experience in contemporary workplace management practices, including the use of information and patient management software. A demonstrated knowledge and experience in customer service, data entry, referral, and revenue processes, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Well-developed interpersonal, communication, consultation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills including the ability to supervise, lead and motivate members of a team and have the capacity to plan, organise, and set priorities and work effectively in an environment subject to work pressures and change.
- Knowledge and understanding of continuous quality improvement; with the ability to initiate activities and motivate staff

Details of appointment:
Multiple Permanent full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary: $81,915 to $94,263 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
