$ 107,899.00 to $ 122,292.00 pro rata, per annum - plus 12.0 % Superannuation

Period of employment / Hours:

Fixed term full-time day work (part-time hours may be considered by negotiation) commencing ASAP for a period of xx months.

Duties:

Primary Purpose / Focus :

• Provide leadership and direction to stakeholders and collaborate with Homes Tasmania’s business units, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver business driven technology change through assigned projects, improvement initiatives and innovative programs of work.
• Undertake business and systems analysis including business process review and re-design.

Skills and experience :

Selection criteria includes:

• Demonstrated extensive experience in business and systems analysis, re-engineering, and process mapping in supporting implementation of new, or enhancing existing, technologies.
• Demonstrated project management and change management skills to support the development and implementation of business applications and tools to achieve business outcomes.
• Highly developed oral communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise, negotiate and problem solve with business units, stakeholders, and vendors.

Desirable Requirements:

• Working towards or successful completion of qualifications, and/or extensive experience relevant to the role such as:

  • Industry experience in the conduct of business and systems-based analysis, delivery of technology-based change and/or implementation of new technologies.
  • Current ITIL®, project management, change management or business analysis certification.

Essential Requirements:

• Current Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable People (child related activity) Registration
