The Role:
As a member of the THS North West Quality & Patient Safety team, the senior safety advisor you will have a unique opportunity to work closely with consumers and the multidisciplinary team across the region.
We are seeking someone who has strong interpersonal skills and who has experience with developing effective rapport and maintain effective communication with consumers from varied backgrounds and experiences.      
As a senior member of the Quality and Patient Safety team, the Senior Patient Safety Advisor will enhance the successful positioning of the North West Quality and Safety Service by providing quality, accountable and measurable healthcare. This is achieved by:
- Ensuring the principles of continuous quality improvement are applied in the delivery of the services within the Patient Safety Service.
- Providing considerate, focused and timely consumer feedback. 
- Promoting and ensuring a proactive, integrated, innovative and multi-disciplinary approach to continual improvement, which includes the active engagement of consumers in the development and implementation of quality improvement projects.

Details of appointment:
Permanent full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as you can join our team.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary: $107,899 to $122,292 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.
