The Team:
The Supply & Purchasing team strive toward the efficient & cost-effective procurement, storage, distribution & delivery of medical equipment, goods & services to customers within the Tasmanian Health Service.
The Role:
This role is based in the receiving store; the main role will be unloading of medical goods, checking orders that are correct and deliveries around the Hospital
You will need:
- Process, negotiate and purchase goods and services as required by the Royal Hobart Hospital (RHH) and associated Agencies within the Southern Region of Tasmania.
- Assist in the receiving and distribution of goods and other stores related functions, on a rotational basis and as required.

Details of appointment:
Permanent full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing 6th April 2026.
*Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary: $66,049 to $70,993 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022.
