Job description:

Provide support to the nursing and medical staff in undertaking general porting and orderly duties. As part of the Emergency Response team, assist with hospital-wide security and participate in all emergency codes. Promote the principles of quality health care and customer service and foster a positive environment for patient outcomes.

The Team:

NWRH attendants are part of the Corporate Services banner and operate around the clock providing assistance to the medical teams offering a diverse range of non-clinical assistance to the ED, Theatre, Surgical ward and Medical ward and consistent with current statement of duties as listed

Details of appointment:

  • Multiple Permanent, full time, shift worker (full rotational) position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as you can join us.

*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.

Salary: $67,193 to $72,126 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.

  • Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
