
The Department of Health is seeking a highly experienced leader to step into the critical role of Executive Program Director Bluegum Digital Health Transformation. This senior executive position offers the opportunity to champion the effective design and delivery of digital solutions to significantly improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency throughout Tasmania's healthcare system.
The Role
The Executive Program Director Bluegum Digital Health Transformation is responsible for providing executive leadership and direction to the Bluegum Digital Health Transformation Program including the planning, development, implementation and management of a large portfolio of projects. Working as a strategic partner to initiate and drive the effective delivery of digital initiatives and the broader strategy, the Executive Program Director Bluegum Digital Health Transformation ensures alignment of the digital solution capabilities, fostering a unified approach to improve patient care, operational efficiency, and system-wide innovation.
Appointment Details
The position is offered as a 5-year contract, with an attractive remuneration package, which incorporates a salary ranging from $228,381 and $251,107 p.a. plus 12% superannuation.
