About You

You will have a strong understanding of contemporary HR practices and have experience in successfully designing and implementing strategies that improve the delivery of HR services. You are a positive, analytical and solution-focused person who can think creatively to solve problems.

You can work autonomously, establish your own work priorities and manage time effectively, whilst remaining flexible to respond to changing needs. You enjoy working with others and can build and maintain relationships to embed improved work practices.

About the Branch

The Human Resources branch develops and embeds contemporary people and culture practices and provides payroll and recruitment services for Treasury. HR provides high-level consultancy advice on complex strategic HR issues and partners with stakeholders to deliver a responsive, high quality and seamless service.

Hours per fortnight

Up to 73.5 - hours flexible - talk to us about how this could work for you. We are open to considering a range of flexible work options including part-time hours.

Desirable Requirements

A relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
