Hours per fortnight
73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.
Duties
- Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and Project Officers including the preparation and formatting of documents, setting agendas and taking of minutes.
- Offer support to the Project Manager and Project Officers by providing input into the development of procedures and templates and preparation and collation of background/briefing material as required.
- Undertake the recording, filing and organisation of project documentation, including assistance in the preparation of reports relating to the project for the review of the Project Manager or Project Officers.
- Organise and schedule meetings, workshops and functions as required.
- Arrange travel and accommodation logistics as required.
- Perform duties within the capacity, qualifications and experience normally expected from persons occupying jobs at this classification level.
