Job description:

We are looking for a positive and motivated Client Services Officer to join our Revenue Branch in Treasury. As a Client Services Officer, you will help collect taxation on behalf of the State of Tasmania, administer grants, determine applications for land tax exemptions and ensure taxpayer compliance with legislation.

About the opportunity

We are looking for a positive and motivated Client Services Officer to join our Revenue Branch in Treasury. As a Client Services Officer, you will help collect taxation on behalf of the State of Tasmania, administer grants, determine applications for land tax exemptions and ensure taxpayer compliance with legislation.

You will have:

  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • experience in client/customer service
  • the ability to work in a high workflow environment
  • attention to detail
  • good IT skills.
