Job description:
Provide general research, project management, data analysis and policy advice in relation to major energy projects and the Government’s renewable energy agenda.

Duties
- Assist in the co-ordination, planning and delivery of projects using effective project management methodology to achieve high quality outcomes within defined timeframes and resource constraints.
- Provide secretariat advice to various governance forums and project tracking relating to Project Marinus and the broader renewable energy agenda.
- Undertake research on emerging legislative and policy issues relating to energy.
- Prepare high level advice and written materials for a range of stakeholders including the Minister for Energy and Renewables, the Energy Committee of Cabinet and full Cabinet.
- Support the development and maintenance of effective relationships with external stakeholders, other Government agencies (both State and national), regulators, and state-owned electricity businesses.
- Work cooperatively with other members of the team.
Desirable Requirements
- A current driver's licence
